By providing solid life insurance solutions, you are a conduit for your clients to achieve financial stability and security for their families and loved ones in that time of need. Believe it and it will be true - and you will succeed! As with any sales advisor role, the income potential is what you put into it and your meaningful discussions should convert at roughly 20% with your solid tele-sales acumen being pivotal in this role.

Cons

Being successful requires consistently focusing on your workstation and inbound/outbound calls; multitasking personal life with work will not yield the desired results.

Cons

I was replaced by AI. My entire team was laid off and didn’t give an explanation. Found out we were replaced by AI by a current employer that went back after the lay off
