Training was excellent. However, we were trained to enroll for AEP, and told we were going to make massive commissions during AEP. The reality: I am making 15 dollars an hour with follow-up telemarketing type calls (most going to vm). It’s a positive place to work and everyone is friendly and benefits are great; nonetheless, I wish the trainers would have accurately articulated that we would be working for 15/hr doing telemarketing type calls—instead of giving us high hopes we would be “killin it” with commissions during AEP. I barely do enrollments and barely make any commission. Thankfully, I am ok with making 15/hr.

Great opportunities to make as much as you want, good culture, mostly remote work

Cons

High volume of calls, you get in big trouble if you don’t take calls back to back all day. Weird scheduling, you get assigned random shifts and one time I was stuck with a shift from 11am-8pm for 3 months.
