      Great training but comp felt exploitative

      Pros

      I can honestly say the training at select quote is probably the best in the world, being remote is cool, trainers and managers were all easy to work with, no toxicity, easy going culture

      Cons

      Comp is terrible, you have to do massive volume to make any real money, if you could do a million a year in AP, why would you need select quote? They boast free leads as an advantage over 1099 but a significant portion of those leads are bait and switch leads that think they’re getting free insurance or people who should have never been transferred… and if you’re taking 98% of the profit, are the leads really free?

      Opportunity but don't misstep or they will cut you loose

      Cons

      no room for error they drive you. I slipped for a month and then got back on trac k and was let go, so watch out

      Tiny base salary plus. remote. good place to cut your teeth on telephone sales but read the cons

      THEY WILL NOT ISSUE A RELEASE PRIOR TO 180 DAY, EVEN IF THEY TERMINATED YOU! Criminally misleading ads use to generate leads. Commission structure is intended to be confusing. fake culture. managers lie faster than tell the truth. commission are a tiny fraction of what 1099 commissions would be. High Turn Over for a Reason.
