      They supply the equipment you need. High pay during AEP.

      Cons

      Training is a joke. It was basically one week, if that, before being tossed on the phone. There was so much we didn’t go over. The systems didn’t like the work and would crash in the middle of the call. Equipment took forever to receive. Pay decreases tremendously after AEP.

      Real opportunity to grow, to achieve and prosper with commission and bonuses

      Cons

      Alot to learn and memorize and to get licensed/certified for, it's overwhelming how complicated medicare can be and how little time you'll get to learn. And it's sales, you gotta be good with sales. You get pto for sure, but during AEP you'r time is going to be monopolized to 12 hour shifts Monday - Saturday
