      Pros

      Extremely strong leadership, true team-orientation, commitment to talent and development, incredibly strong strategy. This company has demonstrated 5 consecutive years of outstanding returns and leads the market in many categories. The leadership team is strong and lives/breathes the corporate values. This is truly a great place to work.

      Cons

      No cons to mention, but anyone coming here needs to be ready to work hard.
