Pros

Location is ideal for those living out west NJ

Cons

Unless you've had a family member at one point that worked at the firm or have some sort of personal connection it's hard to fit into the culture and because of this certain poor behavior is tolerated. Culture is a bit strange

Aging Middle Management Stuck In Its Ways

Pros

The structure is in place for this to be a good employer, however middle management does "walk the walk".

Cons

Cattiness; personal agendas; rampant micromanagement; no room to grow, long-term employees are untouchable, despite their archaic ways and 1990s management styles.
