Too much Work

Recommend

Pros

Pay is good. I guess they pay you well to make up for the terrible work environment.

Cons

Caseload is unmanageable. Management at the Charlotte office is terrible. Too much favoritism and too many cliques. No work life balance. Terrible place to work. Everyone is looking to leave or apply for a lower position to be able to manage their desk.

Great benefits, unreasonable work load

Pros

Benefits are way above average -8.5% 401k contribution, nice annual bonus etc. Coworkers are wonderful for the most part.

Cons

Workload was crazy - more like a 60-70 hour week than a 40 hour. Part of the problem was corporate management kept coming up with new (and largely unnecessary) job duties without taking any away.

Outsiders are not welcome

Pros

Short commute, great cafeteria, good PTO

Cons

Management and HR support a hostile work environment; outdated processes and technology; too many cliques. This is not a friendly place to outsiders.
