Pros

Work at home mostly. Most weekends off.

Cons

More workload than you can ever handle. Be prepared to work very Selective. People come work 2 weeks to 2 months and leave, Management refuses to hire proper amount of staffing in key locations and continually try to find ways to get each person to handle the workload of 4. They continually re-imagine workflow process which only means adding more workload to the already overtaxed employees in claims

Pros

Small technology group in dedicated location. You'll know if you fit, pretty quickly.

Cons

Small company mentality with embedded allegiances/alliances. i.e. To know the right people and be IN determines all of ones success in the tech group.

Pros

Company car but you pay for it and then some!

Cons

Where to start. Mentally abusive. Management in PL is very abusive. They gaslight, they harass in EVERY type of way. They expect way more from you than they are willing to give. You're just a number and don't think any different.
