Supportive lower management but downward culture shift

Strong 401k match and most managers actually care about development and will try to support you in your journey.

Cons

Recent emphasis on our relocation has put a lot of strain on tenured employees, with a strong emphasis on future talent being better. The downward culture shift which has been happening is adding extra strain for almost all teams.

Horrible management and sudden shifts in policies. No regard or respect for work/life balance. Not a good environment. No acknowledgment of your hard work and dedication.
