Pros

Management was supportive of long term career goals and educational objectives. Benefits were top notch.

Cons

Work life balance is not really there; workload is very high - expect 50+ hours a week; salary/raises are not equivalent to skills and workload and bonuses are far less than promised by recruiters.

Pros

Employee validation. Growth potential. Excellent opportunities. Great benefits. Great bonuses. Nice facilities. Family like atmosphere. Beautiful ground. Learning opportunities. Great place to work.

Cons

Older environment needs to dust off a few ideas and freshen things up. Employees can become drone like if not able to sore.
