Nice location, nice culture, affable co-workers, straightforward job responsibilities

Cons

Office culture is "nice" in every way the word implies. Management seems nice, but they also are sneaky. The company also seems stagnant.

Pros

A lot of remote positions. You don’t get micromanaged if you get your work done. Flexible hours. Inclusivity. Treated as a person, not a number or “alias” Option to buy stock in the company.

Cons

It’s insurance.. lol Can get extremely busy at certain times and hard to maintain work load.

There were good opportunities if you are starting out. Coworkers are very nice and most are willing to help.

Cons

Extremely low moral and toxic environment. No room for mistakes. A lot of back biting.
