- Culture is great and everyone jumps in any time - there is not one person I wouldn't drink a beer with after work - Full empowerment from the first second on - 100% loyalty from colleagues and founders - fast moving, and growing self funded startup - open communication

Cons

- bit more aggressive hiring as the work load is a lot and we want to achive a lot
