Excellent CEO with Great Vision. Extraordinary opportunity to learn and grow. CEO and Executive Management set good standards and allow good ethics and professionalism to thrive.

Cons

Some middle management have very poor approach and cannot seem to blend into the vision or the management approach/culture of the Executive team. If you are struggling with this issue, I recommend approaching Executive Team and looking for alternate options to continue working at your company while keeping your peace.

Cons

No worklife balance. Strict policy on attendance. No work from home allow. Management allow selected employees to work from home but discard others.
