Used to have a very good team. The company CEO is pretty good, but his VPs are all about status. The top tier of the company is very elitist

Cons

Core Values are a joke. Specially the one about being open and honest. The only important thing is money, no matter what.

Descent pay, flexible time off, ability to work independently with little micromanagement

Cons

No vision for IoT, lack of strategic thinking, no innovation. Very much quarter to quarter, "sell what's on the shelf" mindset. Travel approvals requires an act of congress. Company does not take into account skillsets of employees, you are assigned a job and you either swim or sink, management will not coach and guide you.
