Promotes a good work life balance and has a good shutdown time around the holidays.

Cons

In the entire duration of my time working here only 2 people (literally only 2) spoke to me, and it was 98% over email, which sets you up for failure. No feedback for management so they can do whatever they want. Was hired for entry level but was expected to have years of institutional knowledge. Lack of enough coaching especially when you are new to the company.

The place has no culture and people are very transactional It’s an incestuous work environment Everyone who works here couldn’t get a job anywhere else The CEO has outlived his welcome
