Pros

I don’t have any positive feedback

Cons

Very low pay you don’t get any of your tips they give you a five dollar gift card. There is no management that is sufficient you get left at a clients residence until the other person who’s coming to relieve you shows up and they have your back.

Pros

The relationships with your clients is the only positive

Cons

Now that FL approved mandatory overtime pay for caregivers- senior helpers cut everyone's hours making sure you cannot work 40 hours anymore. No benefits at all, not paid for mileage even tho they send you far away constantly, no PTO or sick days, and they just started all kinda of punishment points. There is literally no incentive to work for this company- especially when there are so many in the area. They dont care about their clients- just their money. They dont care about their employees- just saving money.
