"Senior Helpers" Helps Themselves to 140% Commission of Workers' Wages

Serving Others is Good Work.

Cons

Greedy Corporation. They promised a raise three times and never delivered. They charge their client $24 an hour and only pay $10. As McDonald’s employees are starting to make $15 an hour, and being 100% responsible for another person’s life for forty hours a week is substantially more important than cooking french fries, why is it then that a french fry cook at a fast food restaurant is making 50% more pay than a person who has the life of another in their hands?

Getting to work with the elderly.

Cons

The one I worked for in Salem, Oregon went down hill. The owners are a husband and wife and it became all about the profit and not the client. They do not care about their employees or what happens to them. Once again, it is all about the profit for them.

Pros

The people that worked for CCS were great to work with. Everyone was very nice and the work is for a great cause. They do a great service for people afflicted with Alzheimer's and other dementia.

Cons

There are three owners. One of those owners is by far the worst boss I have ever had. He was unprofessional, irrational and extremely aggressive.
