Needs to truly make this place an Assisted Living like it is falsely represented Need to have residents that need to live in Memory care in the correct Memory Care facility Needs more structure The CNA care partners need more help because it is not truly an Assisted living facility CNAs need more CNA helpers and Med pass should be able to stick to their roles without being both CNA and med pass because there is not enough help As much as the company has the greatest reviews the ability to complete our work needs to be just as great for us workers The residents that want you to break your back for everything, pull all your energy in one room and to be fed strawberries need to be moved to a total care facility so workers can tend to assisting the other residents

The current management team is inept, they have people in charge of departments that shouldn't be in charge of emptying the trash They allow people to set their front desk looking like clowns Regardless of what they say they do not put the resident first The good workers are ignored unless of course they're part of the elite clique that's been established since the old management left The maintenance dept. is lead by a clueless power hungry individual that has a nothing but a bully mentality
