Pros
The residents and staff were enjoyable to work with. I was treated with respect, and the environment and culture were very positive for the most part.
Cons
I worked only part-time, and didn't get paid very well, especially for the responsibilities I had. I had the luxury of not needing the job to survive, but many who worked full-time didn't get paid very well, either (I don't know about their benefits package). Because of the poor pay, they had difficulty retaining people at some of the lower level positions. The place makes a lot of money, and I always felt they should have compensated their lower level employees better.
