Lots of great processes and tools in place, but also freedom, flexibility and independence to make decisions. This isn't the kind of job or environment where one can come to "settle" but I think that makes it one of our strengths. We are constantly improving for the better. I wish there was a tad bit more organization at the desks and regularly assigned tasks more frequently when no work to do. More training and a standard training schedule set up. Breaks away from front desk would help with moral. The base pay being the same for all positions mostly throws me off since more areas require more work and experience. The food could be better for residents..
