Residents, family and the events.

Cons

' Management team is only driven by the bonus program. No team work or loyalty to the staff. Favoritism is very apparent among staff and management. YOUR HONESTY AND INTEGRITY CAN GET YOU THROWN OUT THE DOOR.'

Pros

Great residents, fun events, and wonderful families

Cons

Needs updating, apartment sizes are very small and outdated, expensive-more so than other communities for what you get. Management team is more worried about "tattling on one another" than working as a team. Too many "Chiefs" not enough "Indians". Unless you are upper management, you are not heard. No regard for loyalty of staff or years of service. NO COMPANY LOYALTY to staff. All about the bottom line at all costs. EVERYONE, not matter what, is DISPOSABLE which leads to instability of both residents and staff. Management has hidden agendas with no regard to the impact on residents or staff. TOO much change and turn over in staff. NOT STABLE!!!
