The Best Private Ambulance Company in the City

Pros

You get a paycheck every week. Scheduling is flexible. OT comes and goes.

Cons

Ambulance maintenance poor at best. I've gotten ambulances where only one door will open with the key. Upper management have done nothing to improve the relationship of road crews and dispatchers. They need to update the "10-2" rule. Nobody wins with this outdated rule.

Pros

The only good thing was my partner.

Cons

Pay is horrible. Forget trying to call out, tried it once and it was unaccepted, even though I followed every rule in their book about calling out correctly. People told me they are notorious for firing for any reason whatsoever, which is obvious given then hire almost 20 new employees per month.
