Pros

I've worked at a handful of startups, and Sense is by far the best so far. The people are friendly and helpful, and the founders are seasoned and mature. The hours are flexible without any insane all-nighters, and everyone is focused on making a great product.

Cons

There are some growing pains mainly in QA and stability, and the product specs and designs can change quickly.

- Fun to get exposed to the entire engineering + business stack. A typical week involves networking, dev-ops, archiecture design + development, interviewing, hopping on customer calls, working across product/sales/customer success, etc. - Experienced founders who are clear on our product's value and focused on building something real - It's fun being in a company that's growing so fast. Excited to see where we go - Feel supported to own + contribute to projects (lots of opportunities around building new projects + scaling existing ones) - Never alone if issues arise because the team does a great job jumping in to support

- Benefits could be better - Typical startup challenges of context-switching short vs long term tasks
