Pros

Beautiful office. Great co-workers. A lot of fun.

Cons

There is an extreme lack of skills and experience (even on the management team) in leading, managing, and developing/mentoring people. Career growth and professional development are not considered and not valued.

Pros

I was hesitant with joining Sensibill at first but I am so happy that I did. Right from the get go, everyone was supportive and friendly. Sensibill as a company does a great job with balancing work/life with their team events and frequently celebrating small victories. Sensibill's culture and values are summed up by three words: passion, integrity and excellence (PIE) so if you have want to be in an environment with lots of PIE (both literally and metaphorically) then join Sensibill!

Cons

Sensibill wants you to be able to work independently. If you expect to be closely guided through the learning process, Sensibill may not be the best employer for you.
