Pros

Well established in the Chicagoland area. Good customer base. Strong relationship with Cisco.

Cons

High turn over with SAs (Solution Architects) makes it hard for sales to get proposals out. No established territories every new rep has to build their own territory from scratch.

Great management structure, productive work environment, get positive feedback for doing a good job, and positive re-enforcement if something is not known or has a problem
