      -Exposure to all technologies -Drink on Friday afternoons

      Cons

      -Grossly underpay employees -Micromanage daily with team “coffee calls” where management and other employees demean and pick on newer employees -Poor 401k match

      Cool building and conveniently in the suburbs instead of downtown. Some great minds that work in the trenches.

      Cons

      Nepotism to the T. All about who you know.... Majority of management is related to each other in some way so get on one bad side and your screwed. A lot of senior staff are collecting checks

      Pros

      Coworkers made it bearable. Met some really great people

      Cons

      Lack of leadership. Manager had no problem throwing people under the bus. Absolutely no remote work, it’s 2019. Nepotism runs through all levels of management. No initiative or push to learning new ideas. Constant changes to , I mean like hour by hour, unrealistic deadlines. No set goals for work to be complete. No set goals for employees to try to achieve. Never had a yearly review.
