      Pros

      I have received all the guidance I needed and support. Sentinel has been very open to me and provided me a warm welcome. People are friendly and enjoy good conversation. There is always exciting things to do and communication is very good. Management is always reaching out to me and making sure everything is good.

      Cons

      No real issues as of now and don't really expect any........

      Pros

      The management and executive team genuinely care about the employees well being. I am one of many that have been with the company for over 10 years and have always felt that the company were on my side and wanted me to grow personally and professionally. They try to keep the family culture going with a company that is continuing to grow. Classic work hard play hard too

      Cons

      Business is business and sometimes decisions have to be made for the company well being that can't be helped. When it comes though I have seen Sentinel try to help out individuals as much as possible

      Pros

      I've been with Sentinel for 5 years now. I love the family environment and open door policy. Sentinel provides a lot of opportunity, so if you like to be challenged technically, it's a great place to work.

      Cons

      Archaic systems is inefficient and slows my job down.
