3yThank you for your feedback. I’m disappointed to learn that you didn’t feel compelled to report instances of bias or racism to our HR team during your employment. We feel strongly about having a respectful and inclusive work environment and have zero tolerance for discriminatory behavior. Had you brought your concerns to HR during your employment, we would have thoroughly investigated your information, and if found true, we would have developed corrective action, which you would have been a part of. Bias is something that every person has, and we feel strongly that the only way to remove bias is through education. We provide annual training to our leadership team so they may better understand, identify, and work to eliminate bias in our workplace. Our goal is to ensure each employee feels valued and has the opportunity to contribute from their unique perspective. We appreciate you sharing your challenges and would have preferred for you to have been part of the solution.
