      Pros

      I've made more money in sales at Sentinel than any previous company. Culture is good, and the only limiting factor is your own work ethic. Salary plus commission plus bonus.

      Cons

      Challenging to find the right resources sometimes. With over 600 employees and 300+ engineers, you sometimes have to search for the right person.

      Exposure to modern technologies and systems

      Cons

      This place likes to tout their 'workplace awards' but trust me, they are BS and do not reflect the reality of working here. You will face Burn out, Ticket hell, over reliance on certifications - even ones that come from bootcamps and or cheating on exams.

      No micromanagement Good pay Good resources on presales and post sales teams Management cares Do the right thing by customers attitude Fun things like team dinners and customer events Great manufacturer relationships Big growth

      Cons

      Dated systems and processes but there are plans to alleviate this. Very common for companies that have been in business for over 35 years. I’ve worked for a handful of large companies and they all have challenges. The people that work hard and that are good at their jobs do well here.
