We pride ourselves on being transparent, accurate and completely forthcoming about all positions at Sentinel so it’s never good to hear there was a disconnect that dates back to more than a year ago during the hiring process. During that process, all information about salary, bonus and benefits is documented in writing and is reviewed, approved and signed by the new employee prior to start date. That would have been an ideal time to bring up your concerns. Not agreeing to the terms and not signing the document until clarifications were provided was also an option. Since accusing an individual at Sentinel of “lying” is a very serious accusation, we can only hope that would have been escalated to the highest levels of the company. We researched internally how this might have occurred but we found no such incidence of lying was brought to the attention of anyone in Sentinel management. With that said, we wish you the best and success in your future endeavors.
