Pros

A lot of the rank and file staff are great people and care about their work.

Cons

There is a strong amount of nepotism at the company, and most likely due to that the company shifts problematic employees around rather than removing them. Management also thinks they are smarter than their product SMEs and overrides things like minimum requirements for software packages and industry best practices.

Pros

People were friendly enough in the beginning

Cons

After you are on-boarded, there is zero official training besides shadowing. Minimal explanation of how systems work, and management gets frustrated with you when you need help or make a minor mistake.
