      An excellent company culture. Everyone treats you like you’re part of the family even when you’re new to the team. All levels of management are always involved and genuinely care about the team, their efforts, concerns, and well-being. People are involved in each other’s day to day lives and are friendly with all. Wonderful vibes here. Whether you’re the president, or a new hire, everyone’s insight and opinions are valued and respected. I look forward to coming to work and utilizing my skill set to help grow the brand. Good starting pay with room to grow. Great work ethic. Great company. Great people to work with. Great work/life balance. Something I was looking for when coming from my prior position. It’s a rather large organization that still treats you with the care and concern that a small family owned business would. I’m glad to be here.

      Cons

      No issues as of now and don’t expect to deal with any in the foreseeable future.

      Pros

      The workplace environment is one of the best. People wanting everyone to succeed. Understanding of the big picture that we’re all on the same team. Sentinel is honest in their business and truly want to help the customers in which they work with. It’s not a gimmick or cheap company, they truly do what is best for the customer at all times. Could not be more thrilled to be a part of this company and look forward to the countless years ahead growing from within! The culture Sentinel is building is much different than those also in the business, it’s something you look for when trying to find a job and they have hit it on the head. Great company, great people, great future!

      Cons

      I will not act like there are no cons. The company match in your 401K could be better but it’s a midsize private company so its expected. Vacation days could be improved upon but nothing to complain about. Pretty much the industry standard. Besides those, it’s a growing company that does best by its employees. There will be growing pains but the good outweighs the bad 10x
