Pros

Having worked for Sentinel for over 20 years I have found it to be a fair company that rewards employees for their hard work and effort. I would rate the compensation and benefits that Sentinel provides as above market relative to competitors. Sentinel has been in business for over 30 years which is a lot of time for employees to come in go. I have dealt with many past Sentinel employees over the years and the common feedback is Sentinel is a fair company that allows employees to grow at their own pace.

Cons

The cons for Sentinel are the same for most other companies. There is nothing particularly negative at Sentinel that any employee would find at any other company.

Pros

Sentinel provides a work environment where employees have the opportunity to grow and develop both their careers and compensation. Management understands the importance of establishing a healthy work/life balance. It is a close knit, open door environment where you feel equally as comfortable engaging a co-worker in conversation as you do the CEO.

Cons

No place is perfect and it would be unrealistic to say that there are no cons associated with Sentinel. However, from my experience, Sentinel believes that there is continuous room for improvement, which means that things have the potential to move from cons to pros.
