Great opportunity to learn new skills. Top level management scoffs at worker benefits.

good group of employees that you will likely be able to call friends rather than just coworkers.

Cons

Management at the top level is generally toxic. During a town hall meeting the office of the president laughed when asked about expanding parental leave. Direct managers and team lead are generally fun to work with. Your managers manager likely controls your salary though and they do not value experience they will only value additional certifications when considering raises relating to technical positions. If you are working remote prepare to be excluded from team building events.
