Lunches a couple of times a week; some fun/smart people work(ed) here.

Cons

The culture is awful. The CEO doesn't have any charisma and leads through negativity. Every manager come in thinking they need to clean house based on the CEO's feedback, only to realize the CEO is no longer on their side after a couple of months. The stock option grants are very low, which makes employees not motivated and the leadership team unable to acquire top executive talent. Bad product releases blow up customer environments. Employees are on edge as they over-hired and do layoffs often. Very sad case of a good idea that just wasn't executed properly.

Nice people, free lunch, huge office for whoever is left.

Cons

A revolving door of talent. People either get terminated or leave for a more stable company. Executive team has no idea what they're doing anymore.
