Tech culture, great benefits, overall great people.

Cons

HR continues to overlook serious concerns about toxic leadership within the Workplace department. Several talented employees have left the company due to this individual’s behavior, yet multiple complaints have led to no visible action. This leader routinely stifles growth, shuts down new ideas, and prevents their team from shining. Too many reports about this person have been dismissed or ignored.

Moving in the wrong direction

Pros

-Lots of hardworking individual contributors who continue to do their best work despite terrible leadership -Product still seems to be good -Legal team is great from top to bottom

Cons

-Chief Operating Officer is MIA… do we even have one? Very hard to tell -Finance leadership team is terrible; no one seems to know what they’re doing -Too many HR programs and projects; too many asks of employees and managers from the People team -Chief People Officer is terrible; pretends to be a saint and behaves like a sociopath

Pros

I can honestly say that this has been the best job I've ever had in my career. I end every work day feeling appreciated and valued by not only my team members, but by all the other departments, colleagues, and peers that I work with on a daily basis. I've been assigned projects and tasks that truly helps me grow and learn. My manager is direct and to-the-point, but at the same time, is very empathetic and caring. Learning the ins and outs of a company especially during COVID can be extremely difficult, but SentinelOne has done a great job of communicating updates to their employees and all the employees have been more than willing to help new employees understand the infrastructure of the company and products. Employees get well-deserved recognition and the company treats their employees very well. Everyone has been wonderfully welcoming and respectful and I can't wait to continue working at SentinelOne for multiple years to come.

Cons

The only con is that there is so much work, but honestly, when you feel valued by your manager, your peers, and the entire company, it's worth the grind.
