      Pros

      Since I joined over a year ago, I've felt welcomed and feel that the people who work here genuinely care about others. The company is growing rapidly and it's exciting to be part of an organization that is constantly innovating and making a real difference in cyber security. Even as a newer employee, I've had the opportunity to take on meaninful projects and expand my skills. We have innovative products and strong market position. They are constantly looking for ways to build connections across the company. I love the flexibility in working remote but still feeling like I have a community here. The company invests in their people and their development. Additionally, they are great about recognition and celebrating great work.

      Cons

      The environment is very fast-paced, and I'm not sure all work is thoughtfully planned out, as it goes from idea to launch very quickly. While that's great for motivating and stretching yourself, I think in some instances the work doesn't achieve the impact it could have if more data and planning were involved.

      The BEST place to work!

      Pros

      The biggest pro of working for SentinelOne is the support I get from my colleagues and management. I feel valued and seen and that the work I do matters. Remote work - I can travel the world and work remotely. Digital nomading is a new endeavor and I am 100% supported by my supervisors. They are interested in my journey and supportive of my work/life balance. Because we are a global company, my hours are flexible to be able to meet with colleagues and customers around the globe. This also gives me flexibility to enjoy time outdoors during daylight. Best off all, I am not stuck in an office and can breathe fresh air.

      Cons

      Working in a hyper-growth company can be challenging with the constant changes as we grow. This includes additions to products, adding new positions as needed, etc. Mostly good changes, but keeping up can be a balancing act.

      Pros

      S1 is hyper focused on employee experience compared to other places I've worked. Comp is very competitive, benefits are outstanding and the culture is 10/10. There are additional perks like monthly cell phone and gym allowances, WFH allocation for new hires to furnish their home office w equipment, furniture etc - just to name a few. It's refreshing to work at a place that values it's employees. Keep it up!

      Cons

      This is a fully remote company so in person events etc, are few and far between. It'd be nice to meet folks in person!
