training is only a week long and they expect you to know a lot before taking calls, had 3 supervisor changes

Good people. Good attendance policy.

Cons

Callers are rude. After call work is ridiculous. Quality expectations is ridiculous. Supervisors don’t really pay much attention. Hard to get help.
