It isn't about clients much anymore, though they say it is. NUMBERS NUMBERS NUMBERS, OVER and over again in our headset. If it's not a BI, it's a tool, if it's not a tool, it's multi world, if it's not a multi world, it's a service. We as employees know to upsell when appropriate, it just makes it so corporate when we are pushed in so many ways to hit numbers, losing focus on clients. Spend too much time w a client, in my eyes, getting their trust, will bring them back, and has proven so. We are told a certain amount of time w each client..period. Understood, however, so many expectations on us, we just wanna do right by the client, and not worry about getting written up for our numbers.

You feel like your working for the FBI working for this job. You get ZERO commission but they push for you to make all kinds of numbers. They chiseled down the 15 minute break you get for every 4 hours you work to 10 minutes. If you are over 5 minutes late 3 times you are written up; but they will keep you after your shift if they feel like more work needs to be done. I've had to stay for over an hour past my shift because they wanted more product on shelves or more something cleaned up. They make you do all of these diversity trainings they do not put into practice. I had to contact HR multiple times because I was being harassed and I had to continue to work with that person. He was even employee of the month in the next couple of months. They also took away are gratis which is one of the only perks of working here. This was unnecessary stressful and I am glad I no longer work there.
