Pros
Decent PTO policy, fair benefits, mostly friendly co workers (no worse than anywhere else)
Cons
The company seems to have weird dynamic of how things are decided... recently went to an unlimited Time off policy that was meant to use the supervigrumbling.... the ors as the throttle valve, but no one wants to be the bad guy to say no or that's too much, so its likely to be scrapped next year. Also for any industry that works relating to medical fields, why would they lump sick time with vacation? Employees asked for better communication, we were then inundated with so much non relavent data that it was ridiculous... The company has decided to move to an engineering focus and has left many of the non-engineers behind. Recent an entire group was blind sided by selling them off and now other groups that do not fit what appears to be the future path are expecting the same.
