      Pros

      Good people and government contract opportunities.

      Cons

      Benefits are pretty terrible. Health insurance is the high deductible type, no training, no bonus or stock and the company looks to cut back even more every year.

      Runnnnnnn! HR is the most incompetent and racist department ever. Do not quit your job if you are a minority for this company. Turn over is high.. and if you value your career please do not ruin it dealing with this company. The culture is a clique without any documented processes; so if you are not part of the in crowd the processes will keep changing on you as an easy way to fire great people. HR is a revolving door filled with old HR people from old school HR from the 1980s . Others part of the clique are invincible and you will not win. For those trapped in this nightmare, we are trying to get out. Don’t let this happen to you.

      -You get a paycheck for sitting on your rump doing nothing. -I made good friends there that I would never have met otherwise -You get out of the house

      Cons

      -Management is a joke, as well as most supervisors. -It is backward and they cannot get anything straight -You really need to be a good suck up to be able to advance within the company Don't waste your time1
