Pros
If you have a positive disposition, you can handle the stress effortlessly. Unfortunately, everyone reaches their breaking-point eventually and resolution is only an optimistic's dream.
Cons
What I endured during my time at Serco will never be sufficiently described and understood, as the details will only be truly understood and recognized by those who experienced first-hand experience, otherwise a published "novel" would be the other option. My story is nothing short of disgraceful. I only wish that my witnesses would have spoken up; not just for myself, but for all others who were and still endure an unconscionable disrespectful and belittling environment. Afterall, these people/employees have talents that not only go unnoticed, but somehow are continuously downplayed as if all efforts, innovative thinking, and incredible talent are an annoyance and counterproductive.
