Pros

15.00 and a perk of 4.25 per hour which goes in your 401k

Cons

Everything else, this company treats it employees like cattle being led to slaughter that do not care about anything but the bottom line money in the corporations pocket they don't care that we are suppose to be supporting the ACA and the people who need insurance they don't care about anything but money. Stay away unless you just want to earn money for a the time being or if you can't find anything else.

Pros

It is not a very difficult job.

Cons

At Serco you will find the strangest, most incompetent people at all levels in the company. It is literally a culture shock if you come from a normal middle or upper class background. The supervisors know nothing. If you ask them anything, they will say they don't know. Since they have nothing better to do and do not know what they're doing, all that they do is try to enforce something meaningless. You have to let someone know if you leave your seat, even to go to the bathroom. It is freezing in the building but you cannot have a blanket at your desk. The supervisors talk to employees in the most demeaning way. They walk by in the morning with one or two words, "Verifications" or "Phone Calls" to let us know what we are doing for the day. It is a very negative, oppressive environment. Supervisors do not have the knowledge or judgment to perform their jobs and their lack of professionalism and disrespect for employees is appalling. It is not a real job. I think everyone there knows that and most of them are trying to compensate for it. People are written up for the most inane reasons and when they legitimately deserve to be written up, they won't be. Coworkers are petty and like to tell on each other for stupid things. It is ridiculous.

Cons

To many drama fill childish minded people who do nothing , but start problem, and accus the hard works of being bad in some way to get them fired, because they feel the hard works make the lazy ones look bad.
