Pros

Got to meet new people everyday while getting to use a company car. Was also great getting to work with technicians and learning some of the ins and outs of HVAC.

Cons

Poor management with obvious favoritism, making it hard to prove yourself. Also was a commission only position, so when one person was given all the leads it made it that much harder. Continual revolving door of management and coworkers, making it hard to build real bonds.

When I was hired the company was incredible with even better management but they got taken over and it all fell through.

They fired most the company and cut everyone money

Pros

There are so few that I can't even think of anything substantial.

Cons

The local management doesn't care about anyone that works here and neither does the upper management in corporate. They will lie to you and you never get paid when you should. They hold your pay to pay their bills because the company hasn't been in the black in years. They're sinking and are only still there because of corporate support.
