Not any positives to work here anymore, you are a number.

Cons

Disengaged leadership team from technical staff and business. This is a sales company and no longer a tech company. Very disorganised and no clear direction.

Pros

Great people within the technical teams who are very knowledgeable. A great place for mid level engineers to up skill and learn to work in an environment with a diverse technical stack.

Cons

A combination of poor execution of significant organisational changes along with gross mismanagement of staff resourcing. Profit over employee retention and longevity appears to be the current strategy. Only expect action from the executive team once a problem becomes a crisis instead of a proactive management approach.
