Pros

While Service Express started out as an amazing company to work for, they have taken a very different direction in recent years. What stood out to me as a "Pro" when first joining was the companies commitment to helping employees achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals. This outlook has shifted drastically in recent years and it feels more like rhetoric than a truly built purpose.

Cons

Inability to work remote, reduced transparency from management, quotas are raised every year while compensation is lowered.

Pros

Big office, training, and you have 1:1s every 2 weeks

Cons

Low pay, people get promoted based off politics such as how leaders feel about you even if you’re a rockstar. You’ll notice other employees get promoted before you, and their numbers are not up there

Good Employees, Bad Management

Pros

Overall, the individual employees are great! They are great to work with, there are fun events. Pay was fine. There was a lot of flexibility/autonomy when it came to work from home.

Cons

I feel like there is an overall lack of direction/focus for the company. New initiatives and goals are rolled out constantly, and there is so much shifting around that it feels like no one can ever truly dig in and excel at what they do.
