Pros

Employee-centric culture (in most departments), kind leaders who lean into mentoring their team holistically, guaranteed pto (none of that “unlimitedptohat’sactuallycappedat5.5weeksandthenyou’reinvestigated”), paternity benefits for both women and men (more than 4 days).

Cons

Moved too quickly and lost sight of it’s humane practices after urgently trying to stabilize.
