Pros

Great culture, great people, great environment. Put a lot into yourself as an individual to improve your professional and personal lives. Managers care a lot about you as people and want you to succeed. Learn and grow a lot within this position.

Cons

End of the day it is a cold-calling role. Spend half your day dialing and a majority of the other parts of your day prospecting accounts.

Pros

I've had lots of opportunities to increase my responsibilities/skill set and take on projects that add value to the company as it has continued to grow year over year. During the pandemic, leadership treated us well and my department transitioned to working from home indefinitely with the option to go into the office once in a while, which has been really nice.

Cons

It's a growing company so if you want things to stay the same, you won't like it here. Systems and processes are always evolving in order to scale.
