Pros

-Product is top of the industry. -Customer Success/Support teams are world class...leadership is awesome, and teams really enjoy working with each other. -Benefits are amazing. -Pay is top of the industry as well.

Cons

-Sales leadership is a disaster. (Doesn't help that it changes every year or so) -Turnover rate is insanely high in marketing/sales. (New leadership brings in their own guys, with 0 facilities experience/overall sales acumen) -Marketing team is understaffed, overworked, and under-appreciated. -Executive leadership have their favorites...which leads to severe paranoia among everyone else. (Never know when the axe could come) -Reputation in the industry has taken a major hit over the last year or so. Competitors know leadership is in flux, and are taking advantage. -0 DIVERSITY....sales team is all white dudes, who all are "tech sales bros".

Pros

ServiceChannel is truely committed to meeting its customer needs. The product team is amazing and they have a solid vision. Their wealth of product usage data puts them ahead of competition. The CEO is a little hands off but is a nice guy. They offer good compensation packages and benefits.

Cons

Multiple teams were subject to lay offs this year. Not a stable work place. They hire and fire too often for a company this size. Definitely stay away from their SDR and marketing teams. Their CMO ticks the diversity box but lacks basic leadership skills. She was proposing employees double up in hotel rooms during their ServiceX event to save money. Also her team members are never at the office. They work from home most of the time and leave the office at 3 p.m.

Not a good place to have a career

Pros

The employees are great people to be around. Free coffee. Nice offices.

Cons

The CEO is so far detached from the company (west coast) that he has no idea how bad the management is or the state of affairs. The Management lie and run around talking behind your back. It's a sweatshop with no career advancement and junior management on both the SDR and Sales teams. Stay away! Expensive healthcare takes about a third of your paycheck away.
