Pros

This clinic is one of the most supportive and well organized outpatient clinics I've worked at so far. The staff are highly trained, knowledgeable, and supportive. The pay isn't great but that is how outpatient clinics fair these days. To compensate for low pay, Servicenet provides great training opportunities and incentives for working late hours/weekends. It feels good working at a well managed and competent organization. I love my job and the people I work with at the clinic. Great DBT teams and groups.

Cons

The rates are low but this is more of an insurance reimbursement problem. Hopefully this will improve.
